San Francisco / Segways

Please read the blog underneath this one before proceeding.


As well as crossing the bridge we were fortunate enough to have a Segway tour around Marin County (the other side of the bridge).
We learned how to use a Segway as well as how a Segway works, using gyroscopes to keep it balanced on its two wheels, how a gyroscope works or even what it is, is a mystery to me.
In case you do not know what a Segway is, here is a photo of us each on one.

We travelled around parts of Sausalito including a boatyard, a dock, a boardwalk and we also went to a tourist place giving facts about how they know what's happening to the water in San Francisco Bay.
I'd rate the entire tour (and the Segways on their own) a 9.8/10 which by my standards of rating is really really great.
